Learn the Dolch sight words while having fun shooting targets with a cartoon AK-47 rifle! "Sight Words Shooter 3D" is a non-violent educational target shooting game, made especially for kids who want to play a first person shooter like their older siblings, but whose parents and teachers don’t want them playing violent games... and instead would rather have them achieve reading fluency in the English language.
Contains the 220 "service words” and the 95 nouns originally published in the 1948 book by Dr. Edward Dolch, “Problems in Reading”, as well as the popular “Magic 100 words”.
This complete list of high frequency sight words account for up to 75% of words used in childrens books, and the repetition is enforced as the game asks questions like “Can you help me find the word BIG?”. When the child shoots the correct word, he is rewarded with a random audible response, like “Great job, you got it!”, along with points added to his score. Incorrectly chosen targets are met with a random negative response like “So close, but that’s not the correct word”, and a loss of points.
The Dolch words in the game are divided into 7 “levels” based on grades, including Pre-K (Primer), Kindergarten (Primer), 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, Nouns, and a combined “All Words” level for advanced readers.
In the game, students walk around a 3d world reading targets with sight words written on them, shooting at targets in this non-violent game where there is no blood, and no shooting of anything “alive” - only inanimate objects like targets, gas-cans dynamite and other exploding items.
Students can touch words and have those read aloud to them if they are unsure the word is correct. This makes it easy for even the very earliest reader to be able to play.

The 3D Maps used in the game include a jungle airfield, a retreat cabin in the woods, a tank depot and a fighter jet crash sight.
